Team Lisa McBride

Hello family and friends. I missed you last year as my schedule did not allow me to participate. Anyway, I started this journey of fundraising for team Lisa McBride back in 2010. My good friend Rick McBride buried his wife at age 39 due to cancer the same day I lost my mother who fought this as well. Over the past 9 years you/we have rallied and donated to support many that are fighting the good fight. I thank you for your past support! We have lost too many, but we have had some victories as well! As I have always said, not sure if a cure will be found, but early screening/detection seems like the best option for success. I want to raise money for awareness that encourages early screening for men and women. Do not put off! This year I walk in honor of Rick McBride (Lisa’s Husband) who passed this year. My wife and I will walk with Jessica McBride and welcome all to walk with us. We appreciate all the financial support even if only $5! Thanks for your consideration!!

Sincerely,  Jay and Sue Bruestle, and Jessica McBride

*75 percent of the money raised through the Race stays in the community to fund local breast cancer education, screening and treatment programs. The remaining 25 percent supports groundbreaking breast cancer research.
